ADIS16507

The ADIS16507 is a precision miniature microelectromechanical system (MEMS) inertial measurement unit (IMU) that includes a three-axis gyroscope and a three-axis accelerometer. Each inertial sensor in the ADIS16507 incorporates signal conditioning to optimize dynamic performance. Factory calibration represents each sensor's sensitivity, bias, alignment, linear acceleration (gyroscope bias), and point of impact (accelerometer position). Therefore, each sensor has dynamic compensation formulas for providing accurate sensor measurements under various conditions.
