Transistor

A semiconductor triode (also known as a transistor) is a device that combines two PN junctions through a certain process. Due to the mutual influence between the two PN junctions, the semiconductor triode exhibits characteristics different from that of a single PN junction and has the function of current amplification, thus making a qualitative leap in the application of the PN junction.
