How Hall Sensors Work

Place a semiconductor sheet in a magnetic field. When its current direction is inconsistent with the direction of the magnetic field, an electromotive force is generated between the two surfaces of the semiconductor sheet parallel to the direction of the current and the magnetic field. This phenomenon is called the Hall effect, and the electromotive force is called the Hall effect. Hall potential, semiconductor flakes are called Hall elements.
