The MD22H chip integrates a pulse width modulation controller and an 800V high avalanche capable intelligent power MOSFET, which is suitable for low-power off-line switching power supplies. The chip provides complete intelligent protection functions, including over-current protection, under-voltage protection, over-temperature protection and soft-start function. Burst mode of operation can reduce power consumption when the system is in standby mode; frequency shaking technology helps EMI characteristics. The chip also has a built-in high-voltage startup module to ensure that the system can start quickly.
