The C8051F410 is a highly integrated mixed-signal 8-bit microcontroller (MCU) featuring a powerful 8051 core with 50 MHz performance. The MCU offers 32 kB Flash, 2.25 kB RAM along wtih additional communication interfaces and 4 x 16-bit timers in a 7x7 mm, QFP32. On-chip analog features include a 12-bit, 2-ch. DAC and 2 comparators. With on-chip Power-On Reset, VDD monitor, Watchdog timer, and a ±2 internal oscillator, the C8051F410 MCU is a truly stand-alone system-on-chip solution, making it ideal for applications such as battery chargers, electronic toys and games, motor control, and optical communications.
