The TPS4H160-Q1 device is a four-channel intelligent high-side switch with four 160mΩ N-type metal oxide semiconductor (NMOS) power field effect transistors (FETs) and is fully protected.
The device features extensive diagnostics and high accuracy current sensing for intelligent control of the load.
The current limit can be adjusted externally to limit inrush or overload currents, thereby increasing the reliability of the entire system.
